Great experience with emergency roadside assistance. They asked where we wanted the vehicle towed to get a new tire. Since we were unfamiliar with the area, they started phoning around to see who could get a tire (not a common item) and have it installed. The garage got the tire in, and we were out before the end of the day. Customer service kept in contact throughout the day to make sure we were safe and that the problem was resolved.
