It’s all about the community – the people you meet. You get to look at other people’s RVs, hear about where they’ve gone and what they’ve done. You’re getting ideas firsthand of where to go near you and recommendations of what to do when you get there.

We got a flat tire on a highway in Kentucky this past winter near a construction zone on a mountain. A very scary situation with lots of freight trucks whizzing by. We called dispatch and had the tire changed and were back on the road within 90 minutes! Your ERS is well worth the cost!

While travelling through Iowa in the United States I had a problem with one of my travel trailer tires, I still had a couple days and about 1,000 kilometers until home and needed the tire changed and the spare put on. I called Explorer RV Roadside Assistance. They contacted a quality provider who quickly and efficiently arrived to change the tire and get me on my way. When I signed up with Explorer RV, I wondered if I was doing the right thing because I had been with Canada’s most recognized name roadside assistance provider for 30 years, at a higher cost than Explorer RV, and I hoped making the move to Explorer RV would prove itself to be a good decision. Obviously, it was a good move. By being a member of the Explorer RV Club, I also receive a 10% discount on my towed trailer insurance premiums, as well as other benefits. Super glad I made the move!!

Great experience with emergency roadside assistance. They asked where we wanted the vehicle towed to get a new tire. Since we were unfamiliar with the area, they started phoning around to see who could get a tire (not a common item) and have it installed. The garage got the tire in, and we were out before the end of the day. Customer service kept in contact throughout the day to make sure we were safe and that the problem was resolved. Very good service. Thank you.

We have been with Explorer RV Club for our Roadside Service for a few years now and are very pleased with their service! We have unfortunately needed their help multiple times and have always received exceptional assistance. We’ve had a few complicated cases, and the dispatchers were always very patient and helpful. For about the last 5 years or more, I have purchased for myself the ERS through the Explorer RV Club. I also purchase the ERS for my grown children for their Christmas present. It is a great gift for them and something that, it appears, they always use—calling for a flat tire, battery boost, or running out of gas.
