The Outback trailer draws on the DNA of earlier Canadian fibreglass trailers that employed the clam-shell construction method. Like the old Trillium and Boler trailers, the advantage was a watertight exterior that also served as the load-bearing walls of the unit. Not to mention, there was no separate roof membrane and only one seam on the whole unit. It’s said these units will also float—hopefully, no owner will ever have to test that claim.

The Outback body is mounted on an engineered steel HHS tube frame that supports a bike carrier’s tire rack and receiver. It rides on custom 14-inch wheels and comes with a spare. The front and rear windows are oversized and tinted.

This is a small trailer, and as such, it offers the advantages of being light and easily towed by smaller vehicles. Still, with the addition of a bunk bed, you can sleep four people. There are several layouts, all of which do a good job of maximizing the interior space.

According to the company, the new Outback has some other advantages, such as being easy to repair and maintain, hail-proof and leak-proof, not rusting, and having reduced road vibration.

The following lists illustrate the Outback’s standard features. Optional equipment is not listed; however, that list is also comprehensive.
